What do you need to know?
- You can easily book a free birthday ticket while ordering on our website. You book it, just like regular tickets, for a certain date and time slot.
- A free birthday ticket is only valid on the date of your birthday, in combination with a valid ID so we can check your birthday. A staff member will ask to show it at the entrance of Mind Mystery.
- The birthday ticket is not valid on any other day than your birthday. So you are not visiting Mind Mystery on your birthday? Then you will have to buy a regular ticket.
- Is your birthday on a day Mind Mystery is closed? Then you can use your birthday ticket on the next opening day of Mind Mystery.
- There is no minimum or maximum age for this promotion.
HOW TO GET THERE
If you are coming by car, take exit 10 on the A73 and follow the signs for Mind Mystery. If you are coming by public transport, please find your route via navigation apps like Google Maps or 9292 – public transport schedules change frequently.
