No, Mind Mystery is not an escape room. You will not be locked inside a room. You are free to access and leave all areas as you please.

Dogs are not allowed in Mind Mystery. However, assistance and guide dogs are welcome.

Certainly! Lockers are available at the entrance to Mind Mystery for your convenience. You will need some change. If you haven’t got any change, you can get it from our counter.

There is plenty of free parking space at the entrance to Mind Mystery.

No, we don’t. The topsy-turvy house has a waterproof floor, and you can get lost in the mirror maze for hours where it’s nice and dry. Or you could admire the paintings in the museum and check the rain radar while enjoying a snack and a drink in our restaurant.

No, we ask that all refreshments are bought at the park. You will find plenty of opportunities for food and drink to enjoy at our restaurant!

On average, visitors spend 2 to 3 hours at our park. Of course, it also depends how quickly you solve the puzzles

Of course you can! If you are planning to visit with a group of more than 20 people, you can book your group ticket online. If you would rather explore the possibilities with us, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you!

Unfortunately, the park only has limited wheelchair access. This is inherent to our concept. Several experiences are accessible (entrance, kaleidoscope, museum, games square, catering) but some aren’t: this is why we offer a reduced rate. These tickets can be booked online as well.

Most of your Mind Mystery visit happens indoors. There are also some outdoor activities and the walking routes to the various activities are usually in the open air. Experience has taught us that a visit to Mind Mystery is easily doable with a shower or two.

There is plenty of entertainment available in the park for children from 4 years. The nature of the theme means that children up to the age of 7 may not yet understand many of the illusions, tricks and puzzles. Children up to 4 years, in particular, will probably not understand very much. That is why they can join the rest of the family on their visit free of charge. It’s a good reason to pay us another visit in a few years’ time!

Mind Mystery is a small park where you can see and experience a lot in relation to its size. Visits take 2.5 hours on average. During this time we want you to be able to fully experience what Mind Mystery is all about. By working with time slots, we can control the number of visitors who visit the park at the same time. This should give you the peace and space you need to thoroughly enjoy everything. Unfortunately, this also means that we may be sold out and you may need to plan a different date or time for your visit. We understand this is inconvenient, but it ultimately allows us to promise that this will benefit you as a guest, and your entire experience.
